All payments for subscriptions and services on Vizorah.ai are final and non-refundable once processed, due to the immediate nature of access to digital services. When a subscription is purchased, customers are granted instant access to AI-powered visualization features, making it impossible to return or revoke the delivered service.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription.
• Technical Issues on Our End: If a verified system error on Vizorah.ai prevents you from accessing the service after purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
• Unauthorized Charges: If payment was made fraudulently without your authorization (subject to investigation by our payment processor).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (as outputs are subjective and dependent on prompts).
• Partial use or non-use of the service during an active subscription.
• Cancellation of subscriptions mid-cycle.

4. Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades

• Upgrades: Customers may upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. Additional charges will be billed on a pro-rated basis. No refunds will be given for prior plan payments.
• Downgrades: Downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remainder of the current cycle.

5. Refund Request Process
